Prime Canadian Properties Inc was founded in 2004 by Abdul Mian, who had a vision to assemble his very own real estate empire.

Starting with a single residential space in downtown Toronto, the business has grown to amass residential, commercial and industrial properties from all across Ontario. With his history in the construction and finance industries, Abdul Mian’s personal and hands-on approach to property management allows him to fulfill his commitments to tenants, government and brokers.
